Set	Description
1	Near min conditions considers all the years before, on, and after the minimum of the solar cycles In total 12 years were equally considered, namely (1963, 1964, 1965), (1975, 1976, 1977), (1986, 1987, 1988), (1996, 1997, 1998).
2	Near peak conditions considers all the years before, on, and after the peak of the solar cycles. In total 12 years were equally considered, namely (1968, 1969, 1970), (1980, 1981, 1982), (1990, 1991, 1992), (2001, 2002, 2003). But note that Mount Pinatubo eruption climaxed on June 15, 1991, which is on the year of max solar activity (likely by pure coincidence) of the solar cycle before the last considered here (SC 23). In the Philippines which affected the solar radiation reaching the ground at least in the area nearby.
